Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the aqlaan.com website and corporate profile operated by Aqlaan in Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

1. Intellectual Property

All software architecture, source code, product trademarks (including HRMSTONE), brand assets, copy, and visual designs presented on aqlaan.com are the intellectual property of Aqlaan and its respective partners.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access to our APIs or servers, or submit automated spam through our inquiry endpoints.

3. Master Service Agreements

Specific software development, HRMSTONE enterprise licensing, and platform maintenance services are governed by separate written Master Service Agreements (MSAs) executed between Aqlaan and its corporate clients.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Amman.
